I got married and changed my name. I am now divorced but have kept my married name and i need to change my paypal to my married name as it is in my maiden name and i cant withdraw funds to my bank account as it is in my married name. Paypal requires a photo ID with my new name on but i do not have any form of photo identification in my married name. All i have is my marriage certificate. Can i still change my name?
If you do not have photo ID, as an alternative you can send a copy of birth cert and a government issued document along with your marriage certificate. Once received we can update your details on your PayPal account.
