When I log in to my paypal account now, I am greeted with what's shown in the following screenshot:
If I complete the form, I get an error and can't proceed and there's no way to get out of this broken from, any paypal link redirects me to this page and I can't get out. Please could someone from paypal unfuck my account, I've sent messages to them and haven't responded in several days.
