Hi, I recently attempted to link my debit card to my paypal account, but I continue to receive the same notice that my card cannot be linked to multiple accounts. I have never created another paypal account, so my debit card should not be linked to another account. Does anyone have any thoughts on how I can fix this issue? Thanks!
