Today I received a paper statement from Paypal credit, checking at my options under notifications, PayPal credit statement is under E-statements, how is it possible that I still received a paper one, and how can I stop that I don't want to receive paper statements

Login to your credit account then you click on "setting" and click on "notification" link on the top and scroll down to the "paypal credit" tab and on the bottom right corner of the content of the tab you should see the option to switch your method of receiving statements.
