I want to downgrade to just a premier account?

I don't want a business account. I want to switch back to a premier account. I've sent a handful of emails to PayPal and have yet to receive a response. It's been over two months and have yet to hear back How can I downgrade my account? I don't need the business account. The premier was perfect I didn't mean to upgrade in the first place

Premier accounts no longer exist.

You can downgrade to a personal account but you need to phone customer services and they will do this for you just the once.
