Hello. After the issue I had with withdrawal I upgrded my account to business even tho it's not. I am not able to call from Bosnia to USA or any other country, so I contacted them through message centre. Can someone please tell me how long does it take for paypal to downgrade my account because I cant read message I received from them. I am new so any tips would be welcomed. Thanks
