I cant link my visa electron to my paypal acount

I get this message ''Sorry, we can’t add this card. Please try adding a different card to your account '' .I have used my card in the past for internet shopping and it is working fine. plz someone help

I’m sorry to hear about the challenge with linking a card.

Please make sure that the card is enabled for online and international transactions and that there are at least few US dollars or equivalent in its balance to allow temporary authorization charge. Once your bank will allow the temporary authorisation charge, you will be able to link the card.

If you need any further assistance, I would recommend you calling PayPal Customer Services by clicking onto Contact us on any PayPal page as they will be able to review your account and advice the best course of action.
