Switching Paypal accounts for Trainline

I am moving countries so i need to open a new paypal account as you cant transfer the acount between countries apparently.
When i proceed to payment forTrainline in the UK it automatically goes to the original paypal account which i havent cancelled yet as some subscriptions need to expire.
How can i switch it to the new paypal account?

Hi SimonP1 and welcome,
It sounds like you may need to cancel the subscription you already have set up and set one up for your new account.
Here’s how to cancel a subscription or recurring payment:
- Go to www.paypal.com/uk and log in to your account.
- Click the Settings icon near the top of the page.
- Click Payments.
- Under 'Manage Upcoming Payments', click Pre-approved Payments.
- Select the merchant whose agreement you want to cancel and click Cancel.
- In the 'Cancel Confirmation' pop-up, click Yes.
