I cant close my account! Please someone help me with this

Hello,

So i have created this account and now I want to delete it, I dont like my details being stored anywhere and I wont be using paypal with this email, perhaps a different one.

When i try to close my account it tells me to call customer service but I work every day and I start before and end after the paypal line is open?

I just want my account closed and my details gone... Please someone tell me why this is happening.

It is saying "There is something that needs to be resolved"?

Please?! I really need to close this its making me panic super hard that they have my details and I cant delete them...

If you are unable to close the PayPal Account yourself there may be an outstanding issue that needs to be resolved first. If there is a limitation on the account, any open claims, pending payments or active billing agreements they may prevent you from closing the account.
