Click on ''help and support'' and there is an email and phone option.

But instead of emailing i would use this option  >>

You can send them a personal message from their facebook or twitter pages.

Thanks for the reply. When I click on Help&Suppport there is NO email & phone option...I keep looking but can't see one.
