How do I contact paypal by e-mail?

I have tried to set up a direct debit to my account and thought I had done it.  However got an e-mail saying that I had not done this right.   The e-mail said that at the bottom of the papypal page there is a 'Help and Contact' button - no there is not!!  I tried going through the customerservice stuff but could not find a "contact by e-mail" option anywhere!!  Why don't companies like this have a contact button in plain sight instead of having to go through countless help links.

Yes it is - but if you click on it all you get is the customer contact links!  NOT an e-mail address!

I click on it > then 'message centre' in the blue band > then I can email them.

Also there is a phone option there as well.

Oh now I see!!!  You must have thought you were talking to an idiot!  Thanks for that - I'll remember it next time I need toi get in touch with PayPal.
