We keep getting auto emails from PP asking for business reg number but we are a not for profit charity registered with HMRC not registered directly with the UK Charities commission. I keep sending the HMRC letter which confirms our status but keep getting the reply that we need to supply our business reg number!!! How do I resolve this?
