Hope someone can help, my online ebay payments are now being processed by e-cheques when they have always been by instant bank transfer, paypal are saying that my card expires next month and thats why, my card expires in May next year2015, i have tried to update the expiry date but it wont except, what do i do about this, do i need to apply for a new bank card & update a new card?
Click on the words "Contact us" at the bottom of paypal pages > click on the "call us" option on the left (fees "may" apply so check the cost with your phone tariff first, as you sometimes have to wait a while to connect).
When you get through don't select any options just hang on till you get transfered to an agent.
OR have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
All sorted, now Thank you, and i have to say paypal customer service was brilliant, took a while to get a human being to talk to lol , but they were very helpful.
