I need to change my paypal account from a business account back to a personal account. I've already emailed paypal four times and tried calling the number as well. When i called the number it did'nt recognise the number that was linked to my paypal account so i could'nt reach anyone. What do i do, i just want to downgrade my account.
Contact customer services and if you can't get through on their phone number for whatever reason then contact customer services via their Facebook or Twitter pages.
