Downgrade to premier

How would i downgrade from business to premier? i accidentally upgrade it from personal to business when trying to figure out how to get primer account type

Premier does not exist anymore, you either have a personal or business account.

Personal and premier merged a while back.

If you want to downgrade you can do so but its not automatic, you have to contact customer services and they will downgrade it for you.

Do i need to call them or can i jsut email them?

I wouldn't bother to email you will either get no response or generic rubbish.

If you don't want to phone then try this option but you may end up ringing anyway if they don't respond.  

Consider contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter.
