Hey PayPal! I'm a 15-year-old student and I'm kinda new to PayPal and I wanna know if I have to link my PayPal to a credit/debit card if I want to spend cash.
Thanks!

You are not allowed to have a paypal account until you are 18, if you go ahead and try you will find it will be limited and your email address and any financial info frozen on it.

It's actually not my PayPal account. I share it with my 21-year-old brother but he doesn't use it much.

You can't share a paypal account.
A paypal account belongs to one person only and only that person can use it.
