Hi,
I've tried to contact PayPal using the website email and via phone. All I get is autoreplies and afterwards supporters that aren't aware to the process I made according to a long and expensive phone call with PayPal's support. It is very frustrating. No ability to get voice support online (skype or whatever), and currently PayPal holds my money and I really have no one to speak with. All the replies I get are totally disconnected from each other so I can't even answer one reply, since it takes so long and even afterwards not the same person will read it, so I get a redundant reply again. As an example they keep asking me the same materials I've already sent.
