Hi and thanks for any help offered here in advance.
I've just paid for an item using paypal and the payment has gone through successfully, but I've noticed that on the payment receipt that was emailed to me it doesn't show my surname under delivery address, it only shows my firstname. The delivery address is correct but why doesn't it show my full name? I presume this is the same info that the merchant would have received, and this could be a problem as there is another person living at my address who has the same first name as me. I don't want them opening my packages by mistake if it can be helped.
I've looked around my account settings and address book info but cannot see why this would happen. Can anyone shed any light on why this is happening and how to fix it if possible please?
