Hello
When I am in the Account Overview and want to change the order status of several items it will only change one of them at a time. It does seem to update them if I log out and then log in again but at the time if I change one to shipped and then go to change another it puts the first one I updated back to the original status.

Okay, so nobody can help. So how can I get somebody from Paypal to help me? I can't seem to find a way to contact anyone.
Any response is much appreciated just so I'm not talking to myself.

This shouldn't be happening at all to be honest. I haven't heard of any other customers having technical issues with this process so you should try contacting customer services if you wish in order for us to investigate this further.
When you contact us, we can investigate it further in order to determine if it is a technical issue. We can then try to help you with getting the issue resolved on your account.
