Card and account add problem

Hi, I open new account on the paypal page.(prevused account I closed).When I maket it a new card settings not working .PayPal system writing automatically error message (your card accepted another account).I dont understand why ?And why dont putting shame card two account ? Thanks Plumbi29

are you trying to add the existing card as a new one?

isnt that card allready registed ( before you closed it)
