Cannot confirm Bank Account??

Hey people so, here's my problem...
I went onto my "To Do" list and clicked confirm Bank Account. It tells me that on the 17th November 2 small deposits were put into my account by Paypal and I need to now confirm them (as per usual when doing this).
I've gone into my online banking but there is absolutely nothing there! 😞
What can I do about this?!

Not a useful reply to Dean but I am having the same problem that my bank account which I operate online is not showing the two amounts credited to the account. This is a new acount but I have operated PayPal through my old Nationwide account for years.
I have updated to a new credit card with no problems.

Is it possible to resend the random deposits?
I tried to setup in 2012, but forgot to check my account. My electronic banking does not allow me to go back that far, and I can't find the statement with them on.

Yes, it is possible to resend you the random deposits. Our customer service team can do that for you :).
Please click 'Contact us' at the bottom of each page. You can choose to call or send us an email. Both will be fine in this case. As soon as we have received the email or call we will be able to resend the random deposits to your bank again so that you can confirm your card.
