Cannot add bank account

I'm trying to add a bank account to my PayPal account due to closing our previous and moving banks.

Yet when I try to add the bank account, it asks to verify using a phone call.. Yet the telephone number PayPal wants to ring is an old number.

I have updated the contact details on the account, yet it seems to still want to verify using an old number I do not have access to.

What shall I do?
