Hi fellow frustrated paypal users!,
I have had a problem trying to locate the dreaded message centre. All day i've been trying to locate it.. under phone support nothing, just email centre etc.. If anyone is having the same problem I thought i would post this so people don't spend a day researching like i did!
The only thing i have found that works is the mobile version (not the app) on safari on iphone! When you click 'help' on the right hand side the message centre is below phone suport!!
On the desktop version on macbook it isn't.
So, i'm now using my phone to answer messages.
