I and my wife have been using another paypal account for years and late last year it was hacked and we were unable to log back into the account, Luckily it was noticed instantly and we never lost any moneys at the time and the bank cancelled the link to the card.
We have now set up a new account and tried adding the same bank details to the new account but Paypal already has it linked to the previous account which we cannot access to close or remove bank details
Tried several times with Paypal to get access back to the account but whom ever hacked it managed to change all the contact details and we had no way of verifying the account
anyway back to the point is there a way of adding one bank account to 2 accounts ?
