Can't add additional email address

I've had this email adress linked to PayPal before but it has somehow deleted itself, now everytime I try ad add it again I keep getting this error

Anyone else had this? It's quite important I link it back as I've had funds sent via this email addy

Same here, it is an old email address that was previously associated with the account...not that this should matter.

same problem here. Have contacted customer services apparently they are aware of the problem and it should fixed by tonight.

Paypal have now fixed the problem for me.   Hope nothing else goes wrong lol.

The issue preventing you from registering or removing email addresses from your PayPal accounts is a known technical issue and it has been passed on to our technical team.

Was this resolved? I can't add an address...when I click to confirm and enter my password, it gives me an error. i can still sign in with other emails.

I see the tech area of Paypal responded to this problem in 2011   It is something I am facing now in 2015.  So,  did the problem resurface or is there a work around.  ??  thanks!!
