So I got the PayPal app and made an account with my details and phone number. But recently I got a new SIM card with a subscription (Old one didn't) and I lost the old SIM card to confirm and change phone number? I want to know if I can change and also want to know can people send me money if it isn't confirmed. Thanks for the help.
