Business account help needed

I upgraded to a business account 2-3 weeks ago. However, I dont own a business and I just wanted to be able to use buttons, such as 'donate'.

I enjoy doing minor graphics for friends and so i upgraded to a business acount to be able to add paypal buttons, so they can easily dontate if needed or use buy now buttons. even though i am not a business.

I have registered as a charity and now I have 3 open cases

- Organisation and Payment Information

- Proof of Tax Exempt

- Confirm your bank account

I would like to clear these and remove myself from being a business, however, i still want to be able to use buyitnow and donate buttons, as i like to use them only for a hobby.

how can i do that?

Hi there Skyrus,

To accept donations this implies that you are a registered charity therefore this function is not really an option for you however you can still use the Buy it Now button.

To remove this limitation you will need to contact us directly advising that you are not a registered charity, once we have this information through your account we can review the case in question and advise you further.
