Business Contact Name Change

Uploaded the necessary documents to enact this weeks ago bit nothing has happened. the name change has not happened, neither has there been any request for further documents etc. Emails to PP just get stock responses. Trying to speak with anyone who has ability to do anything virtually impossible - last attempt today has a 2hour wait time. When I have spoken to someone, promises to sort out within 24 hours etc. have just not happened. Is there a further escalation route or is this just how PP customer service is??

I have the exact same problem and tried via Twitter the other day. At least I got a response but now nothing is happening anymore. This has been going on for five weeks! Were you lucky?
