Bank card denied

Just wondering why i can't add my bank to paypal but yet it let me link it and let them charge me.

We're sorry, we're unable to link that bank account because it is disabled. Please try another bank account.

My bank card works perfectly fine I can use it online, it is a mastercard

Thanks for posting on the Community Forum and sorry to hear about this.

It sounds like your bank account might have become disabled from your account. We can definitely help with re-enabling your bank once you have contacted Customer Support directly. You can find our contact details by clicking the 'Contact' option at the bottom of any page when logged in.
