Hello, I am opened a new account from outside the UK (or so I thought). I can't register my account however as it is asking for sort code (we don't have those. Only account numbers). This is a business paypal account and the card is out registered business card so we would ideally prefer to use that rather than any other card. ,
If u are say trying for example to add a USA account. Still being asked for a sort code on clicking to add a bank. U are still logging in under ur old account. Log out of PayPal and re-registered under the country of this new bank. Different rules govern different banking laws.
