When I go to add my debit card that's associated with my bank account on PayPal it says it won't accept it or something along the lines of that. The billing address for my card is a PO box and PayPal won't accept po boxes so I put my actual address. I don't know if that's a problem but this is the only card have anyways. So I need help.
