Add alternative address

Hello! How can I add an alternative address in a different country than my primary address? I have tried to add one, but it doesn't accept the postal code.

Paypal is country specific so if you have to open a paypal account in the country where you reside and add an address / phone number / and bank accounts from within that country.

You can't add an international address to a country specific paypal account.
