Hello, I seem to be having some trouble with my account.
When I purchased an item at the weekend I recieved an email from Paypal telling me that I had sent an "eCheque" because "there is no valid credit or debit card registered to your account".
So I followed the procedure for adding a card only for it to be refused with the message "That card number is already assigned to another PayPal account. For security purposes, each card may only be assigned to one PayPal account. If you have already opened a PayPal account, please retrieve the relevant information and
log in. Otherwise, please use a different card".
I've only got one account!. And when I go to the help page it's half frozen and doesn't even work so I can't even get a phone number to call!.
Help!.

Hi there Njugglesvatn,
It sounds to me that your card may have been registered previously on an account that you may have created. I am unable to see your account so I can't advise you if this is what has happened.
If you are having difficulties trying to contact customer services, you should try contacting us directly on 08707 307 191 in order to speak with a member of our customer services team and we can assist you further with registering your card to your account.
