28 days to upload private info, real? cant access message centre

Hi, i had a message saying i need to provide more info to paypal like my id etc, but now i cant see the message, it says i have to go to the resolution centre but when i do there's nothing there? it says my account may be suspended please help, the paypal help line is a joke and is voice commanded, i cant get to actually speak to anyone.

When you phone them DO NOT select any options, either say nothing OR just say ''agent'' and you get through without being sent around in circles.

have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?

You can send them a personal message from their facebook or twitter pages.

Can you just confirm that the message was on your paypal account and NOT in an email?? Only lots of spoof emails going around at the moment.
