Adaptive Payments: Your payment can't be completed...

Hello-

 

My customers are experiencing the error "Your payment can't be completed. Please return to the participating website and try again." on any transaction. Payments are either chained or single recipient (same error on either). I've used adaptive payments since 2016. This issue just began recently. Sandbox works correctly. Confirmed that live site is not using sandbox URLs or credentials. Account is not configured to block any kind of payment. Paykeys are being successfully generated. Failure occurs when customer executes "pay". Confirmed that failures include customers with valid credit cards as PayPal payment methods. At a loss how to proceed.
