I am upset over this also. I could understand if the item had not been shipped or received by the buyer, or positive feedback had not been left. All those things have happened and I show no money in my Paypal account balance, NONE. E-bay just told me I owe them an invoice (my first) of 17.00+ dollars and it will be taken from my Paypal account balance....What balance they don't show one. I have sold 60+ dollars of items on e-bay. I am a new seller. I have gotten all of 13.69 to put into my bank account. Does e-bay and paypal get the rest. All of my shipping fees were paid directly from my own bank account not my paypal balance, so what gives. I should have the price the item sold for and the shipping cost the seller paid in my Paypal balance, since I personally paid for all shipping costs through my bank account. I for one so no reason to hold my funds....for what????? the transactions are complete, and the buyers are happy. I would like to have my money
