Hi Andy, I`d like to know why paypal has to hold our funds we received as payments from our items we sold on ebay? it says they`ve got to hold the funds until 21 days? We need to purchase something online that`s why we sold some items on ebay so we can use that money to buy something online. This is very upsetting we can`t use paypal balanceto purchase online and we don`t want to use our bank account. buyers received items quickly and they left positive feedback. I mean this is not fair. Please explain paypal.
