I thought using paypal was going to be convenient, instead it seems to be a big headache because I can't get verified, the funds have come out of my bank account but are not available in my paypal account. Am I getting ripped off? This whole process should not be this darn difficult. I can't get my debit card verified, but the funds have already come out of my checking account. Can someone please help me?
