hello someone please help me, i do have this debit card account with 3 digits pin found in the back of the card,.its usually 4 digit when its us card but here in the phillipines they issued only 3 digits.i want to withraw my account on paypal but i cant because i cant verified my account. can someone please help me on this problem how am i going to do.. thanks
