when i went to lift my limits it said that the ssn i put in was already being used by another member. i remember many years ago that i tried to do the same thing and it said that my number was in use then too.
what can i do
Phone PP and see if you can track down the user who is blatantly using your identity.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
