Hello I recently purchased something online with my credit card from my paypal account. Last night and today i tried to buy more but its saying I cannot use this credit card for this transaction everytime i try. I have more than enough funds and it has all been posted. Nothing pending. So why the issue now? Can someone point me in the right direction.
