Various people have said yes and no, and I really need to know the answer currently, is it possible to verify my paypal account/raise the sending limit with a moneypak?

Let me try to provide some more information here to help you out! 

With the GreenDot MoneyPak, your starting limit on PayPal would be $250.00.  If you provide your name, address, date of birth, and Social Security number securely to Green Dot--your limit would be increased to $2000.00 a month.
