Hi I have red conflicting messages. Can a prepaid visa be verified. If not what is the spending limit. I have no bank account does that mean I can't use paypal?... Thanks
Prepaid visas might work sometimes, sometimes they dont.
Spending limit if you dont add your personal information(your bank account info/credit card info) is stuck at 0.00
