I am currently having problems with verifying my account. I have added my bank account and also created a direct debit setup. When I then click Confim Bank it tells me to enter the two deposits. It tells me these 2 deposits were sent on the 22 August 2011. I have checked my bank numerous times and the deposits still aren't showing in the statements and I am very confident that all my details were correct.
Mattyw2011- Sorry for the delay in responding and I hope this may have resolved itself by now, but it usually takes 3-5 business days for the deposits to show up in your bank. I would expect that they've arrived by now and you should be able to complete the process now...if you haven't already.
