I am trying for two days to get my paypal account verified with my credit card (visa electron) and i keep getting this ERROR message:
"The Credit Card Verification System used by PayPal is currently unavailable. Please try to add your credit card at a later time. We apologize for this inconvenience."
My questions:
- Is there a problem with my Credit Card (i have seen on some forums that not all the CC are accepted) or the problem is with the PayPal system ?
- If there is a problem with the PayPal system,when will it be fixed ?
