How to verify paypal without a bank account or credit card?

I want to start a PayPal account but i do not have access to a bank account or credit card. Is there another way to get it verified? Thank you!

Can i get some feedback please? I really need to use PayPal but i don't have a bank account or credit card to use with it. Can I use a prepaid card like Vanilla Visa or something like that?
