Is it possible to get my account back?

Hey,

Right I am sure you all know the annoyance off the limited account scenerio and I have gone through the same thing and still am a year down the line...

I had a decent ebay store open, selling home furnishing, making about £5000 a month etc... Never really had any compliants until one day my courier decided to mess up and not delivery two shipments of blinds on time. I got negative feedback and bad ratings and eBay saw this and limited my account. Turns out with ebay I had wrong information but it was all correct so just verified it. PayPal then got wind of this and got about 10-20 refunds requests so decided to limit my account. I sent them all the right documentation that they wanted. I waited about a week an no word. So I rang them up and they said they had not received it. I uploaded it there and then on the phone and they had it. They guy looked at my information and said yep it all looks correct but we need to run it past our Fraud Deparment for some reason.

So I waited again and had to ring and go put through to the Fraud Department and then got told that my account will stay limited but will be able to access my funds after 90 days. So annoyed at this I slammed the phone down, probably not the best idea, and forgot about it.

A couple of days later I sent an email asking if I could get my account limitation lifted and I didn't hear anything. So I sent another and another and another and another and still no word. I even rang them up and got told that it was because of eBay that my account got limtited.

I then got my eBay account verified and unlimited, paid all the outstandin fees, and got it running again (not selling). I have no withdrawn my funds from PayPal and want to start seling online again.

So PayPal are saying I cannot appeal against this but is there any chance on Earth I can get them to see reason and lift my limitation?

Thanks for reading all of that and even more thanks for helping 🙂
