About 2 weeks ago I got a message stating that I had to provide proof of my Name, Address and SSN or else my account would be restricted.I sent all of the information and my account was set back to "normal".Two days later, I received the same message, asking for the same information.Why?Nothing regarding my account has changed.I would hope that PP would keep track of this sort of stuff.I'm certainly not going to keep sending my personal info out online.
I sent an email to customer service, along with the message I had received clearing my account.That was 6 days ago and I still get the same message every time I login to PP.
I understand PP is trying to make sure their site is secure.But for me, it's becoming an annoyance
