After trying to pay via PayPal I get a message: "We were unable to verify your credit or debit card. To proceed with your purchase, please select a different payment method or add a different credit or debit card, then click Continue."
I have a VISA card and I entered all information correctly. I do not have another card. How can I get rid of this problem?
You may not have money on the card, when I first tried to link my debit card it did not work because of that. I believe you have to have a balance. It you know that you have available funds on the card, then check your expiration date, also the name needs to match the one on file for you when you opened your paypal account. hope that helps!!
