I opened two accounts on PayPal, unaware it was against the terms. As a result of this, both my accounts became limited. I lifted the limits off one account by providing my credit card/bank information. I would like to lift the limits on my second account so I can transfer it's money into my first acount and close the unnecessary second account. I cannot add the same credit card and bank information on two accounts, so how should I go about lifting the limits on my extra acount so I can transfer money/close the account?
